OPAM 2018 (Projects 2018)

Despite not being very active on the creative front the last few weeks, I have managed to finish two projects in January.

The first was framing a free machine embroidery sampler which I made at a workshop at the end of last year, run by the lovely Julie at Tigley Textiles.  I trimmed up the sampler and then stitched it to a small free-motioned quilt which I had finished previously.

My second finish was made using the techniques I learned at the workshop for free machine embroidery.  I planned and stitched a small picture.  I added accents of hand embroidery too.

My first finish for February was a cute little 'dilly' bag which was part of the i-stitch-club BOM designed by the talented Gail Pan.  Loved making this!

Sorry, but due to moving house at the end of March I have just not had time to finish a project this month. I have moved back to a beautiful part of the World though.

This month I did manage to get my sewing room unpacked and one project finished. My only finish for April was a lovely mug rug which was part of the i-stitch-club BOM designed by the talented Gail Pan.  I really enjoyed making it!
